He was predeceased by: his parents, Giuseppi Parillo and Giuseppina Matarazzo Parillo; and his sister Serafina Creatura. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Wagner Parillo; his children, Camille Tacsik (Nathan) of Boardman, Ryan Parillo (Elizabeth) of Tampa, FL, Derek Parillo (Kayla) of Columbus, Joseph Parillo (Abbey Dwinnells) of Midland, MI. and Alex Parillo (Lindsay) of Florida; his granddaughters, Aurelia and Lucia Tacsik; and his siblings, Rocco "Rocky" Parillo (Rosemarie), Vincenzo "Vince" Parillo, Angelina Kovalchik and Caroline Martuccio. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
