She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Stutler and Marjorie "Fern" Sutton Clower. She is survived by: her husband Robert L. Russell; her children, Robert Russell (Lisa) of Niles, Michelle Spitler (Jamie) of Cortland, Michael Russell (Oksana) of Austintown and Nicole Barber (Jason); her grandchildren, Jason, Stephanie, David, Zach (Arielle), Trevor (Shelby), Daniel, Rachel, Jennifer, Mikayla, Jacob, Gabrielle, Caleb, Titus, Theo, Nathan and Andrew; and her siblings, Cathy Loomis (David) of Niles and William Clower of Niles.
The family, funeral home and church will be practicing social distancing and proper health care protocols. Due to the continued and increasing spread of Covid-19, the 6-foot social distancing rule will be honored, and all guests, must wear a mask.
