He was predeceased by: his parents, Augustine Siciliano and Anna Siciliano (Germano); his wife Anne "Bae" Siciliano (Pezzulo); his son Dr. Frank Siciliano; and his siblings, Christine, Mary, Paddy, Tony, Rocky and Jim.

He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Alice Siciliano; and his grandson Joel Siciliano of St. Augustine. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
