He is survived by: his children, James Quinn III (Yvonne) of Austintown and Marlene Putnam (Brian) of Bellevue, OH; his brother Tom Quinn of New Castle; his grandchildren, Kyle, Samuel, Aaron and Philip; and his great grandchildren, Kaden, Corrine and Kinley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
