He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Monroe and Dorothy Monroe (McCartney); his wife Beth Ann Monroe (Stark); his children, Shawn Monroe of Girard and Dorian Monroe of Girard; and his siblings, Janet Parilla of Aurora, OH, Judy Mrofchak of Vienna, OH, Jack Monroe (Carolee) of Claremont, Joe Monroe (Kathy) of Buffalo Grove, IL and Jerome Monroe (Marilyn) of Boardman, OH. He was also cherished by his kids and their friends as well as his nieces.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to be made to a memorial fund set up through Go Fund Me.
