He was predeceased by: his parents, Gaius Jones and Mary Ellen Jones (Sly); his nieces, Rachael Jones and Monica Maybee; and his nephew Wayne Scott.
He is survived by: his wife Tracy Jones (Mihalick); his siblings, Rosalie Scott (Terry Tomor) of Diamond, Judy Maybee of Sharon, PA, Carol Lawrence (Tony) of Niles, Jack Jones (Judy Leforge) of South Lyon, MI, Marvin Jones (Donna) of Austintown and Russell Jones (Sharon); his siblings-in-law, Paula King (Rick Racick) of Girard and Scott Mihalick (Stacey) of Canfield; his godsons, Jack Jones (Brandon) and Spencer Roman; and his children, Remi, Charley and Moses. He is also survived by 14 nieces and nephews, 29 great nieces and nephews, and 2 great great nieces.
