He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph J. Carsone and Anna M. Theiss Carsone. He is survived by: his wife Kelly Lazich; his children, Kendra Kovach of Greenville, PA., Ashley Scudder (Craig) of Oswego and Zachary Hackett of Girard; and his siblings, Ralph Carsone (Dawn) of Brookfield and Heidi Gollner (Jeff) of Austintown. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
