He is survived by: his significant other Dorothy A. Clay; his children, Deborah A. Miller (Glen), Dennis L. Blue of New Philadelphia, David G. Blue (Renee) of Girard and Daniel E. Blue of Washington State; and his siblings, Laurel Mason of Masury and Terry Blue of Girard. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
