She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Soppelsa and Rose Gaiarsa Soppelsa; her son James Kosiba; and her siblings, Anthony Soppelsa, Catherine Gaiarsa and Florence Ronyak.
She is survived by: her husband Albert J. Kosiba; her daughters, Karen Thomas (Rob) of Marietta Georgia, Christine Kosiba of Frederick and Linda Lorei (Mark) of Fuquay-Varina, NC; her siblings, George Soppelsa of East Hartford, CT and Eleanor Chetsko of North Huntington, PA; her grandchildren, Julie Culotta (David), Mary Ramirez (Albert), Kelly Golatt (Brandon), Matt Thomas (Hanna), Anne, Jane and Kate Mientkiewicz; and her great grandchildren, Adelyn, Cooper, Camden, Grace Culotta, Isla and Emma Golatt.
