He was predeceased by: his parents, Tony Dando and Julia Dando (Rocco); his wife Verna A. Dando (Esposito); and his siblings, Rosemarie Bortschar, Judy Martin and Richard Dando.
He is survived by: his sons, Frank Dando (Kelly) of League City and Eric Dando (Terri) of Niles; and his siblings, Rita Brown of California, Debbie Barber of Niles and Michael Dando of Newton Falls. He is also survived by five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
The family suggests any memorial contributions be made to Catholic Charities, 319 W. Rayen Ave., Youngstown, Ohio.
