She is survived by: her parents, Elizabeth Gealy and Robert Gealy; her spouses, Dennis E. Ulrich and John Church; her daughters, Donna Ulrich and La-Tisha Ulrich; her grandchildren, Ja-Den Ulrich and Nevaeh Covington; and her stepchildren, Robert Church of Hubbard and Jennifer Evans of Conneaut. She is also survived by six step-grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren.
