She is survived by: her children, Jill Mayfield of Boardman, Randy Mayfield (Kristin) of Gilbert, AZ and Greg Mayfield (Gabrielle) of Campbell, CA; her grandchildren, Joshua and Kennedy Mayfield; her sister Barbara Pazillo (Joe) of McDonald; her stepchildren, Danny Cesene (Diane) of Hubbard and Mary Weaver (Bob) of Mount Joy, PA; her brother-in-law Ron Mayfield (Nancy) of Brandon, MS; and her friend Janet Edwards.
