We bid farewell to Elaine J. Thiel of Girard, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 16, 2025 at the age of 85. Elaine touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Sauve and Rose Sauve (Compeau); her husband Leonard Thiel; and her daughter Dawn Jones. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Schober (Leonard) of Niles, OH, Rachelle Anderson (Ron) of Fairport, NY, Eric Thiel (Carol) of Laurel, PA and Kirk Thiel (Teresa) of Butler, PA; and her grandchildren, Sharilynn, Lindsay, Ryan, Aaron, Phillip, Joshua, Lydia, Jessica, Jennifer, Jordan, Jade, David, Corrine and Zachary. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the John Flynn Funeral Home & Crematory Inc. (2630 E State St, Hermitage, PA 16148). A memorial service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the John Flynn Funeral Home Chapel - Hermitage.
