She is survived by: her husband Lawrence "Larry" Maffitt; her daughter Dawn M. Pezzuto of Girard; her stepchildren, Diane Pipo (Steve), John Maffitt (Jamie), Larry "Jamie" Maffitt and Jason Maffitt (Cindy); her grandchildren, Ryan Pezzuto and Noah Stephens; her stepgrandchildren, Laura, Sarah, Steven, Michael, Johathon, Jacob, Brandon, Shelby and Amia; and her nephew Michael Kollar. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
