It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Parker of Girard, Ohio, born in Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on October 13, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Parker and Evelyn Parker (Port); his wife Elberta Parker; and his brother Howard Parker. He is survived by: his children, Judith Seiber (Jeff) of Niles, Bradley Parker (Kathy) of Girard and Evelyn Kiger (Dan) of Mineral Ridge; his grandchildren, Joshua Seiber (Suzie), Ashley Greenwood (Rick), Jenna Ramsey (Cory), Jamie Stottlemire (Randy), Abbey Zizzo (Andrew), Zachary Kiger (Michele) and Julie Balukh (Arsen); and his great grandchildren, Spencer, Emilia, Ellie, Annabelle, Anderson, Vaughn, Adalyn and Maverick.
