He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Goist and Lucille Goist; his brothers, Howard and Dale Goist; his grandson Joseph Goist; and his brothers-in-law, Jim Pauley and James Cecko.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Goist; his children, Dana Keisler (Nathan) and David Goist (Lindy); his grandchildren, Althea Williams, Ellawyn, Noah Keisler, David and Laynie Goist; his sister Nancy Pauley; and his parents-in-law, Judy, Carl Port, Pat, Paul Reesch and Gayle Goist. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and dear friends.
