He was predeceased by: his parents, Wm Claude and Elizabeth Ross Fuller; his daughter Rebecca Ebersole; and his siblings, Wm Glenn Fuller (Virginia), James C. Fuller (Josephine) and Elizabeth Taub.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Bianco Fuller; his children, Dale A. Fuller of Girard, Robert W. Fuller (Renee) of Poland and Cheryl West (Kent); and his grandchildren, Melinda, Justin, Eric, Kami, Anthony (Ashley), Robert (Kori) and Matthew. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
