He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael T. Smith and Claudine Naomi Smith (Robinson); his wife Mary Ann Smith (McCay); and his daughter Barbara Ann Smith. He is survived by: his sons, Charles J. Smith Jr. of Girard, Keith A. Smith of Girard and Michael L. Smith of Girard; and his siblings, Nancy Smith of Howland, Carol Smith of Howland and Michael Smith of Stow.
