He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles M. Shall and Patty Shall; his wife Kathy Shall (Mackey); his children, Taylor Shall and Christopher Riley Shall; his pet Bailey; his siblings, Liz Mackey (Tom Amicone) of Girard and Terry Newton (Laurie) of Champion; his aunts, Karen Loibl and Lynette Dickson; his close friends, Jim Seivert and Dave Simmers; and his son Charles S. "Chuckie" Shall. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
