She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Romane and Josephine Tulipano Bernard; and her sister Tonina Pallone. She is survived by: her son James Bond (Alysia) of Boardman; her grandchildren, Kayli, Jayden, Maddex, Micah, Kelsea, Aaidan, Keeley and Tyler; and her sister Nina Romane of Austintown. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family members; and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, Charleen's family requests memorial contributions be made to the funeral home to help her family with final expenses.
