She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jack O'Brien and Mary O'Brien (Kent); her children, Mary Cunningham of Girard, John Forte of Girard and Jim Forte of Girard; her daughter-in-law Annette; her sisters, Judy Sheridan (Mike) of McDonald and Monica Rothwell of McDonald; her grandchildren, Brian Cunningham (Heather), Errin Williams (Woody), Alicia Cunningham and Eryk Forte (Ashley); her husband James Forte Sr.; and her brother Bill O'Brien. She was also cherished by six great-grandchildren.
