He was predeceased by: his parents, Rinaldo Ruscitti and Assunta Arquilla Ruscitti. He is survived by: his wife Bambina Leone Ruscitti; his sons, Angelo Ruscitti of Cortland and Dr. Ronald Ruscitti (Kimberly) of Poland; his grandchildren, Xavier, Vincent and Isabella; and his siblings, Diana Vitus (Jerry) of Tallmadge and Joseph Ruscitti (Virginia) of Austintown. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.

Due to the ongoing pandemic, private family services will be held.
