She is survived by: her husband David Chismark Sr.; her sons, Michael Chismark of Warren and David Chismark Jr. (Christina) of Little Rock, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Janessa Rhoades (Nick) of Cortland, Michael Chismark Jr. of Struthers and Mckayla Chismark of Cortland; her siblings, Elmer Lydic of Youngstown, Norma Goodhart (Rick) of Boardman, Nancy Keeling of Austintown and Elsa Pesa of Struthers; and her pet Tammy.
