She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Buser and Susan Buser (Chalker); her children, Lynn Beatty and Robert Barnard; and her brothers, Donald and Eugene Buser.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Barnard; her daughters, Debra Barnard of Vienna and Dianne Grimm (Dale) of Lordstown; her son-in-law Randy Beatty; her siblings, Rita Helscel of Cleveland and Regis Buser (Betty) of Girard; her grandchildren, Ashlee Wolfgang, Travis Beatty and Cole Beatty; and her stepgrandsons, Jake and Ty Beatty.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in Arlene's memory to Angel Fund for St. Rose or Emmanuel Care Center in Girard.
