He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel J. Sr and Madeline Zirafi Sr. (Messuri); his wife Patricia Zirafi (Ault); his son Tony Zirafi; his siblings, John Zirafi, Samuel Zirafi, Rose Kobal and Virginia Perry; and his grandson Cory Breese.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Johnson (Ken) of Girard and Cindy Breese (Tim) of Girard; and his grandchildren, Tim Breese, Kelly Johnson, Krista Johnson, Molly Breese (Fiancee Alex) and Brooklyn Roth.
