He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Ondrusek and Mary Ondrusek (Totos); his wife Shirley Ondrusek (Adams); his siblings, Joseph, Thomas, Anthony, Paul Ondrusek, Mary O'Poole, Anne Charny, Barbara Bowes, Theresa Frantz and Vickie Powell; and his grandson Timmy Duffy.
He is survived by: his children, Barbara Lewis (Bucky) of Niles, Linda Duffy (Patrick) of Youngstown and Ronald "Marty" Ondrusek of Girard. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
