He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander S. Milne and Henrietta Milne of Downey, California.; his wife Anne; and his daughter Patricia Ann. He is survived by: his son Alex Milne Jr. (Jill) of Girard; his grandsons, Alex and Ryan; and his pet Huey.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the First Presbyterian Church of Girard in Al Milne's name.
