He was predeceased by: his grandmother Patricia Phillips. He is survived by: his parent Debbie Lipscomb Bartlett (Ray) of Girard; his sister Tara Lynn Stump of Florida; his grandfathers, Roger Sr. Lipscomb (Sis) of Dayton and Jack Phillips of Mt. Morris; his uncles, Roger Jr. Lipscomb (Heather) of Vermillion and David Lipscomb (Carol) of Girard; his niece Emma; his stepsister Emma Jo; and his cousins, Eric, Emily and Sean.
