We are sad to announce that on October 21, 2022, at the age of 93, Joyce Koontz of Gettysburg, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Forest Brandon and Erma Brandon (Denman); her husband Eldon Lee Koontz; and her siblings, Don, George, Forrest, John Brandon, Leona Phillippi, Beaulah Hathaway, Carol Kagey and Mabel Hepner.
She is survived by: her daughters, Melanie Koontz of Gettysburg, Denise (Bruce Koontz Dowell), Tina (Jerry DePoy) and Colleen (Shane Marshall); her grandchildren, Jerrod (Sarah DePoy), Jeremy (Allie DePoy), Jordan DePoy, Eric (Jessie Koontz), Tessa May Marshall and Torri Elaine Marshall; her great grandchildren, Nataleigh, Ellaina, Alex Koontz, Ethan Vanatta, Braxton, Bryson, Bexley DePoy, Aurie and Ada Grace DePoy; and her sister Shirley Lenart of Arizona. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
