She was predeceased by: her father William "Bill" Fox; and her son Scott Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Raymond "Eddie" Johnson; her son Mike Johnson (Rebecca) of Greenville; her stepgrandchildren, Kevin Nickson, Jerrica Gahret and Cheyenne Howard; and her siblings, Betty Hartzell (Rod) of Greenville, Roger Fox (Retta Gutshall) of Las Vegas, Karen Shoenleben (Doug) and John Fox (Crystal) of West Milton. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial contributions be given to Tribute Funeral Homes, 1000 N. Broadway St, Greenville, Ohio 45331, to help offset funeral expenses.
