He was predeceased by : his parents, George Kuhn and Vera Kuhn (Penny). He is survived by : wife and first love, Julie Ann Kellis, his children, Michael Kuhn (Tiffany), Sarah Kuhn and Dylan Kuhn (Taylor Hickman); his step-children, Jamie Fields (Ryan) and Jonathon Cole (Sherri); his grandchildren, Emerson Kuhn, Riley and Landon Fields; his sister Beth Kuhn; his brothers-in-law, Craig Kellis (Gina) and Chris Kellis (Yukiko); and his friends, Louis "Rip" Ripberger, Bob Casky, Jerry Steinmetz, Jeff Riley, Andy Minton, Mike Welch, Heidi Grant and Tom Custer.
