She is survived by: her husband Jerry; her daughters, Toni Hansen (John) and Samantha Matosky (Brad); her granddaughters, Haley Wilson and Mattie Abner; and her siblings, Orvil, Randy Witt (Connie), Marge Wallace (Wayne) and Yvonne Sams.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for trees to be planted in Sarah's memory.
