He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy E. Johnson and Dorothy Johnson; his sisters, Wanda Applegate and Barbara Monce; and his daughter Dimple Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Johnson; his children, Derek Johnson (Kathy), Devon Johnson (Rhonda) and Dainie Oligee (Stan); and his siblings, Ernestine Chamberlain (Don) and Jim Johnson. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren.
