He was predeceased by: his father Edwin Fields. He is survived by: his mother Janet Lanier (Haines); his wife Judy C. Fields (Holbrook); his son Levi Fields; his stepchildren, Crystal Boggs (Josh), Justin Mapel (Jenn LaDu), Destiny McKee and Steven Rehmert; his stepgrandchildren, Connor, Brody Boggs and Hope Mapel; and his siblings, Chuck Fields (Rita), Richard "Slick" Fields (Julia), Paul Fields (Angie) and Diane Engle. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
