He is survived by: his sons, Robert "Bert" Fleming, Jr., Andrew Fleming and Garrett Fleming; the mother of his children Christina Koehler; his sister Robin Hatfield; and his cousins, Chad Fleming, Mark, Mike Gore and Chris Pinkerton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
