He was predeceased by: his parents, Dovie Johnson (Marcum) and Willie C. "Bill" Johnson; and his siblings, Ernest "Billy" Johnson and Pauline Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Sue Johnson; his children, Denise Eagle (Earl), Dennis Johnson (Amber), Marcella Crider (Mark) and Sandra Kuch (Doug); his grandchildren, Wesley (Liz Young), David Brewer, Jesse, Tara Salyers, Tiffany Crider, Christina Holbrook (Phill) and Tamara Miller; his great grandchildren, Allison, Stephanie Brewer, Scarlett Salyers, Eli, Audrey Holbrook, Charlie Brewer, Harmony and Melody Poteet; and his sister Margie Hamilton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
