She was predeceased by: her mother Onalee Webb Perry; her stepmother Eva "Jean" Perry; and her sister Robin Renee Perry. She is survived by: her father Verlyn Perry; her husband Mark Steven Susco; her children, Lacey Curtis (Ken) and David Michael Smith (Amanda); her grandchildren, Abigail Hailey Smith, Draven Michael Smith and Aleister Wade Smith; her sisters, Brenda Lee Harris and Kimberly Gail Downard; and her daughter Rebecca Ingram. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; a friend.
