She was predeceased by: her husband Clay; and her siblings, Ethel, Lucille, Nancy and Dennis Maple.

She is survived by: her children, Barbara Pelfrey-Harville (Jerry) and Clay O. Pelfrey, Jr.; her granddaughters, Mardi Smith-Humphreys (Curtis) and Drew Dieckman (Seth); her great grandchild Casey Humphreys; her brothers, Roy Maple (Lana) and Paul Maple; and her sister-in-law Joan Maple. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
