She was predeceased by: her parents, Ross Mullins and Melvina Mullins (Branham); her former husband Woodrow Mounts; her husband John Shinkle; and her son Gary Lee Mounts.
She is survived by: her children, Clarence Mounts, Ronnie Mounts, Donald Mounts, Larry Mounts and Carol Bowser (George). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and extended family.
