She is survived by: her children, Melinda Shugars, Steven Terrell (Andie) and Heather Mattox (David); her siblings, Jeanne Todd (Rick), Jennifer Burton (Blaine) and Eric Casebolt (Heather); her aunt Betty Vance; and her niece Leisa Kidd. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
