He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Goins (Bentley) and Louis H. Goins; his daughter Laura; and his siblings, Shirley A. Goins, Norman "David" Goins and Richard Goins.
He is survived by: his wife Diann M. Goins (Nunery); his daughter Melinda Goins-Fernald (Giles); his grandchildren, Franklin W. "Wil" Price IV, Bentley Louis Price and Amelia Kelly Price; and his siblings, Harold Goins and Helen Thompson (Goins). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
