She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald E. and Marjorie E. Cottrell Sr. (Rike); and her siblings, Ronald E. Cottrell Jr. and Sandy Sullivan. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Ratliff of Germantown, OH; and her siblings, Darrell Cottrell (Kathleen) of Troy, OH, Teresa Anderson of Cincinnati, OH and Debbie Larison of Reno, NV. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Preble County.
