He is survived by: his children, Ryan Clark (Casey), Linley Clark, Evan Clark and Hannah Clark; his grandchildren, Hayden, Bailey, Lily, Aubrey, Layla, Braylon and Teddy; his siblings, Sharie Puderbaugh and Matt Clark; and his nieces and nephews, Chris, Jason, Katie, Jared, Austin, Kenzie and Jake. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and dear friends.
