She was predeceased by: her mother Frankie Turner; her husband H. Earl Powell; her siblings, Geraldine and Herbert; and her stepdaughters, Marie Langworthy and Nancy Lamb.
She is survived by: her siblings, Gordon Turner (Marcia) of Eaton, OH and Phyllis Smuck (Eldon) of Westerville, OH; her stepgrandchildren, Deborah Sweeney (Joe) of Middletown, OH, Paul Steven Langworthy of Caledonia, MI, John Lamb of Germantown, OH, Kathy Lamb of Miamisburg, OH and Elizabeth Bush (Bill) of Miamisburg, OH; and her nieces, Pam Turner of Eaton, OH and Brenda Weller (Jim) of Troy, OH.
