He is survived by: his daughters, Sharon Riggs and Sandra Smith; his grandsons, Christian Smith and Aidan Black; his siblings, Gary Riggs and Susan Johnson; and his nieces and nephews, Kristi Marie, Amy Fugate Bealor, Jessica Pack, Amanda Dawn, Allison Miller, Holly Riggs, Ben Riggs, Chris Riggs, Gary Riggs II, Sarah Johnson Rivera and Bob Johnson.
