He was predeceased by: his parents, Amy Mann (Crane) and Bernard L. Mann; and his brothers-in-law, Joe Garner and Mike Morton. He is survived by: his daughters, Rachel Weybright (James) and Malia Stachler (Matthew); the mother of his children Cindy Vitale (Hupp); his grandchildren, Bernard Jacob and Kaitlin Weybright; his siblings, Dennis Mann, Rick Mann, Joyce Garner, Estella Mann Campbell and Pat Morton; and his friends, Steve, Joyce Dyas, Chris, Katie Dyas, Amanda, Jake Warren and Lily Warren. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
