He was predeceased by: his father Shelton Lee; and his wife Rachel Lee (Gillespie). He is survived by: his siblings, Vernon Lee and Ina Comeau; his children, Catherine Whitaker (Willard A., III) of Germantown, TN and Daniel Lee (Rebecca) of Germantown, OH; his grandchildren, Jennifer Whitaker, Matthew Whitaker (Amanda), Nathan Lee (Bridget Ratcliffe) and Jacob Lee; his great grandchild Wesley Whitaker; and his brother Donald Lee. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church of Middletown, 4500 Riverview Ave., Middletown, OH 45042 in memory of Alvin.
