He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Trumann and Gladys Lucille Reid (Morgan); his wife Genevieve "Jenny" Reid (Henize); his siblings, Robert Reid and Betty Newland; and his brother-in-law Bill Newland.
He is survived by: his sons, Stephen W. Reid (Marjorie) of Georgetown, Ohio and Kevin A. Reid (Rebecca) of Georgetown, Ohio; his grandchildren, Gage Reid of Georgetown, Nicole Rigling (Thomas Nash) of Amelia and Emily Little of Georgetown, Ohio; his pet Cassie; his great grandchildren, Ariana and Annystyn Nash; and his sister Florence Sams (Bill) of Tampa. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
