He is survived by: his children, Jeff Davis (Kim) of North Port, Karen Colwell (Dick) of Georgetown and Michelle Farwick (Jon) of Cleves, Ohio; his daughter-in-law Kathy Mullins of Owenton, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Andy Davis of Cleves, Shawn Damen (Jen) of Buford, Justin Davis (Kim) of Lexington, Kyle Damen of Indianapolis, Megan Colwell of Marietta, Jacob Davis of North Port, Nathan Farwick of Cleves, Makenzie Davis of Richmond, Ben Farwick of Cleves, Becky Davis of Savannah, Cody of Georgetown, Ohio and Katy Colwell of Georgetown, Ohio; his great grandchild Harper Damen; his sister Phyllis Duennes of Milford, Ohio; and his sister-in-law Phyllis Davis of Dayton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
