He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Cottle and Nancy Cottle; his sisters, Georgia Dunaway and Brenda Tyra; and his brother-in-law Kennth J. Masters.
He is survived by: his fiancée Angie Murphy; his daughters, AnnMarie Reece (Brad) of Kentucky and Jennifer Ross (Robb); his sister Sandra J. Masters of Loveland; and his brothers-in-law, Melvin Dunaway of Hamersville and Ernie Tyra of Walkertown. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren.
